SafeNet Trusted Access for SSOgen SP SAML Gateway

Overview

The SSOgen SP SAML Gateway can be used to integrate SafeNet Trusted Access with any non-standard application (for example, applications that don’t directly support SAML or OIDC) such as Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft ERP, SAP, etc.

This help documentation describes the steps to enable single sign-on for users accessing the Oracle eBusiness Suite via the SSOGen SP SAML Gateway.

The SP-initiated SSO use case can be configured for Oracle eBusiness Suite with SSOGen Gateway.

Configuring SafeNet Trusted Access for Oracle eBusiness Suite with SSOGen Gateway is a three-step process:

1.Oracle eBusiness Suite with SSOGen Gateway setup

2.SafeNet Trusted Access setup

3.Verify authentication

Oracle eBusiness Suite with SSOGen Gateway Setup

Prerequisites:

Oracle eBusiness Suite v12.2.9 is up and running.

Note:  If you are using any other version of Oracle eBusiness Suite, contact the SSOgen support team.

SSOgen SAML Gateway needs to be installed and configured on the Oracle E-Business Suite setup. For assistance, contact the SSOgen support team.

Download the Identity Provider metadata from the SafeNet Trusted Access console by clicking the Download Metadata button. You will need to provide this metadata to the SSOGEN support team for configuring SAML authentication for your Oracle E-Business Suite account. The support team will provide you the SSOgen SAML metadata, which you will need while configuring Oracle E-Business Suite in SafeNet Trusted Access.

Note:  Profile Applications SSO Login Types should be set to either BOTH or SSO to provide the SSO login functionality to users.
