SafeNet Trusted Access for Coralogix


Configuring SafeNet Trusted Access for Coralogix is a three-step process:

1.Coralogix setup

2.SafeNet Trusted Access setup

3.Verify Authentication

Coralogix Setup

As a prerequisite, download the Identity Provider metadata from the SafeNet Trusted Access console by clicking the Download metadata file button. You will need this metadata in one of the steps below.

Perform the following steps to configure SafeNet Trusted Access as your identity provider in Coralogix:

1.Log in to Coralogix as an administrator using the Coralogix login URL (for example,

2.At the bottom, click Sign in with credentials link.

3.In the Sign In page, enter your credentials, and click the Sign in button.

4.In the Choose Team page, click the team for which you want to configure SAML.

5.On the Coralogix dashboard, in the top-right, click the current user button (), and then click SETTINGS.

6.Click the Configure SAML view, and perform the following steps:

a.Under Upload Identity Provider (IdP) metadata, click Choose a file, and select SafeNet Trusted Access Metadata file to upload.

b.Click the Service Provider Metadata URL to download the Coralogix metadata, and save it on your local machine.

SafeNet Trusted Access Setup

After completing the first step of configuring SafeNet Trusted Access in Coralogix, the second step is to activate the Coralogix application in SafeNet Trusted Access by performing the following steps:

1.In the Applications pane, you will notice that the Coralogix application that you added previously is currently in inactive state by default. To configure and activate this application, click the application (for example, Coralogix) and proceed to the next step.

2.Under STA Setup, click Upload Coralogix Metadata.

3.On the Metadata upload window, click Browse to search and select Coralogix metadata, you saved earlier in Coralogix Setup.

4.Under Account Details, service provider metadata information is displayed.

5.Under User Login ID Mapping, in the NAME ID field, confirm if the Email address is selected.

6.Click Save Configuration to save the details and activate the Coralogix application in SafeNet Trusted Access.

Verify Authentication

Using STA Console

Navigate to the Coralogix login URL,, enter your team name for which you have configured SAML at Coralogix (For example, STA), click Continue, and then click the Sign in to the identity provider button. You will be redirected to the SafeNet Trusted Access sign-in page. Enter your primary directory login information, approve the two-factor authentication, and you should be redirected to the Coralogix application after authentication.

Using STA User Portal

Navigate to the User Portal URL to log in to the STA User Portal dashboard. On the dashboard, you will see a list of applications to which you have access. Click on the Coralogix application icon, you should be redirected to the Coralogix application after authentication.
