SafeNet Trusted Access for Adobe Creative Cloud
Configuring SafeNet Trusted Access for Adobe Creative Cloud is a three-step process:
1.Adobe Creative Cloud setup
2.SafeNet Trusted Access setup
As a prerequisite, download the Identity Provider Signing Certificate from the SafeNet Trusted Access console by clicking on Download X.509 certificate.
You will need this certificate in one of the steps below.
Perform the following steps to configure SafeNet Trusted Access as your Identity Provider in Adobe Creative Cloud:
1.Log in to the Adobe Creative Cloud administrator account using the Adobe Creative Cloud login URL (for example, https://adminconsole.adobe.com).
2.On the Admin Console, click the Settings tab.
3.Under Identity, on the Directories tab, click Configure to configure your federated directory (for example, mydir).
4.Under Configure Directory, perform the following steps:
a.Click Upload certificate to search and select the Identity Provider Signing Certificate that you downloaded earlier from the SafeNet Trusted Access console.
b.Complete the following fields and then click Save.

|IdP binding||Select HTTP - Post.|
|User login setting||Select Email.|
|IdP issuer||Enter the ISSUER/ENTITY ID URL that is provided on the SafeNet Trusted Access console.
On the SafeNet Trusted Access console, you can copy this URL by clicking on the Copy to Clipboard icon available next to the ISSUER/ENTITY ID field.
|IdP login URL||Enter the SINGLESIGNONSERVICE URL that is provided on the SafeNet Trusted Access console.
On the SafeNet Trusted Access console, you can copy this URL by clicking on the Copy to Clipboard icon available next to the SINGLESIGNONSERVICE field.
6.Select I understand I need to complete the configuration with my service provider and click Complete.
7.Click the Settings tab.
8.Under Identity, click the Domains tab.
9.Click Link Directory to link the federated directory with your domain (for example, sfntdemo.com).
10.Under Link a Domain and a Directory, in the drop down box, select your federated directory and then click Link.
The domain should be successfully linked to the federated directory.
After completing the first step of configuring SafeNet Trusted Access in Adobe Creative Cloud, the second step is to activate the Adobe Creative Cloud application in SafeNet Trusted Access by performing the following steps:
1.In the Applications pane, you will notice that the Adobe Creative Cloud application that you added previously is currently in inactive state by default. To configure and activate this application, click the application (for example, Adobe Creative Cloud) and proceed to the next step.
2.Under STA Setup, click Upload Adobe Creative Cloud Metadata.
3.On the Metadata upload window, click Browse to search and select the Adobe Creative Cloud metadata that you downloaded earlier in step 5 of Adobe Creative Cloud Setup.
Under Account details, the service provider metadata information is displayed.
4.Under User Portal Settings, in the SERVICE LOGIN URL field, enter the application login URL (for example, https://www.adobe.com).
5.Click Save Configuration to save the details and activate the Adobe Creative Cloud application in SafeNet Trusted Access.
Navigate to the Adobe Creative Cloud Service Provider login URL, https://www.adobe.com. Click Sign In, and enter your Adobe Creative Cloud email address. You should be redirected to the SafeNet Trusted Access sign-in page. Enter your primary directory login information, approve the two-factor authentication, and you should be redirected to the Adobe Creative Cloud support portal after authentication.
Navigate to the User Portal URL to log in to the STA User Portal dashboard. On the dashboard, you will see a list of applications to which you have access. Click on the Adobe Creative Cloud application icon, you should be redirected to the Adobe Creative Cloud support portal after authentication.
